Who can play?
Anyone can as long as you are female and aged 18+, no prior knowledge of the game is needed (though it is helpful). Commitment however, is essential!

When and where do you practice?
7:00pm - 8:30pm on Tuesdays at Bexley Business Academy, Yarnton Way, Thamesmead, DA18 4DW, playing on outdoor floodlit courts (The courts are located behind the sports centre – follow the path round the football Astroturf’s to find us!)
We start the training sessions with a gentle warm up and then our coach guides us through some exercises to improve our ball skills, foot work , marking and other skills required for the game.
We then end the training session with a practice game. This practice game allows our coach to stop play to show us how we could improve our game.
How much is it?
First session is FREE, thereafter £3 per session, this includes a professional coach and equipment. There is the option to pay £10 per month by Direct Debit. (Fees are subject to change).
Once you decide you are committed to the team, there is an annual membership fee of £10. Members are affiliated to England Netball, able to play in league matches and have a team kit for games.
How often do you play matches?
We are part of the Bexley Netball League. Matches against other local teams take place on Saturdays at regular intervals, please see our Calender for details. Matches are played at the TownPark (behind ASDA) in Bexleyheath (map). We also play one-off friendlies against other local teams.
Social Events
We pride ourselves on our team spirit and we are as much a team off the court as on.
We compete in two tournaments away from home a year, one in Norfolk and one abroad (either Spain or Italy)
Our Team Christmas do is always the event of the year!!
We also have other numerous outings and get togethers through out the year.
